โ Marketing Literature: Work with office assistants to create, amend, and update profile sheets/CVs for lawyers. Liaise with the designer/studio in London to support the production of marketing collateral. Manage reception area displays of marketing literature and proofread marketing literature.
โ Business Planning and Implementation: Understand the different practice group offerings within the firm and explore ways to cross-sell the Greek work into other areas of the firm (and vice versa). Coordinate implementation of the Stephenson Harwood Athens business development plan.
โ Client Relationship Management: Keep abreast of client issues to enable proactive identification of business opportunities. Support the development of client relationship skills of the lawyers. Undertake client research and analysis as required.
โ General BD Team Coordination and Support: Be a BD representative at practice group meetings to share BD best practices, market knowledge, client insights, and current activities. Conduct research on existing and prospective clients, competitor's activity, and industry or regional trends.
ASSUMPTION: This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to manage multiple cross-practice/cross-office responses.
