β Foster cooperation between experienced and new advisors through joint field work and book management. Recognize and celebrate collaborative contributions and achievements.

Education: Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum five years coaching financial advisors, with demonstrated experience and expertise working with more sophisticated advisors and practices strongly preferred.
