Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to produce high-quality, informative, and engaging content.
β Marketing Operations (10%): Oversee the consistency of NMC's voice per channel. Manage content QA/QC, oversee the development and launch of new content channels, and track content analytics specific to social (by campaign, by channel, monthly). Partner with the Director of Marketing to align content themes with quarterly and annual goals and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
