π Key Responsibilities

Work closely with sales and sales development reps (SDRs) to support GTM activities, including pre and post-event outreach and follow-up

Develop and execute an effective field marketing program to deliver quarterly pipeline goals for the local team

Partner closely with the channel team to create engaging programs for both partners and end-users, aligning with the channel's regional objectives

Support the marketing program by securing speakers for events, booking venues, developing email and landing page content, and overseeing the creation/completion of Outreach i.o. templates

Manage and create campaigns in Salesforce.com (SFDC), ensuring proper lead import, follow-up, and tracking

Measure program success via analytics and reporting, tracking pipeline goals across the region

Communicate with the Abnormal sales organization on planned marketing activities/programs

Communicate program status and progress to the marketing director, sales leaders, and other stakeholders

Build process and automation wherever possible to improve output and efficiency of the FCM team and its stakeholders

Monitor and update FCM team events calendar and internal team weekly meeting
β
Assist with updating FCM marketing projects in Asana as needed

Ensure all FCM campaigns and programs are logged and tracked on all required internal field and channel marketing plans, budget trackers, marketing calendar, and website (as appropriate)

Lead special efforts and projects as needed
