π Key Responsibilities

Work hand in hand with field marketing, product marketing, campaign marketing, and regional sales leadership in the planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns

Build local marketing plans, manage plans to budget, and update weekly marketing planning documents

Work closely with Regional VPs to develop campaigns tailored to the immediate needs of local markets and their accounts

Own end-to-end event logistics for regional events and tradeshows, including all sponsorship deliverables, staff schedules, event briefing docs, event communications and promotions, ensuring the event is executed flawlessly

Ensure event follow-up communication, list upload, thank you emails, and leads are tagged properly to the Marketo/Salesforce campaigns and ability to track ROI back to campaigns

Build event assets (landing pages, registration forms, email invites, target lists, etc.) and ensure they are done early enough for successful event execution.

Monitor to ensure campaigns/events are posted in the external event calendar and all necessary back-up documentation, event descriptions, P.O.s and event cost are updates in Salesforce.

Work with Legal and Purchasing for contract and purchase orders needed for regional activities
