Maintain capacity data up to date for forecast planning

Optimize capacity utilization in each station and set output target of each station and evaluate their performance

Set production priority and evaluate priority follow-up status

Maximize order loading by utilizing bottleneck processes in the most optimized way

Seek alternatives actively with production department involvement on bottleneck processes to maximize output/loading

Anticipate on, and recognize and take action for events/situations that could adversely affect production efficiencies

Lead the annual WIP physical inventory with related departments

Lead or actively participate in projects for continuous improvement of lead time, capacity, and SAP related
