📋 Key Responsibilities

✅ Closely collaborate with the Director of Growth Finance, finance leadership team, and operators to drive business performance and efficiency

✅ Take ownership of the core Revenue financial models, making timely updates for re-forecasts and proactively identifying opportunities to improve forecasting processes and accuracy

✅ Serve as a Finance Business Partner to the Retention and Acquisition teams for key strategic initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and adoption, measuring attributable lifts to customer retention and lifetime value

✅ Track key business-level metrics and prepare materials for weekly business review (WBR) updates to an executive-level audience

✅ Ensure timely reconciliation of end-of-month accruals with Accounting
